A Unified Interpolary Subdivision Scheme for Quadrilateral Meshes

The interpolatory subdivision scheme is built upon efficient local operations and produces high-order CL continuous limit surfaces, except at extraordinary vertices where C1 continuity with bounded curvature is obtained. Boundary rules built upon repeated local operations are also presented.

A Gradient‐Based Implicit Blend

Introducing new binary-composition operators based on gradient information that solve four major problems of constructive implicit modeling: suppressing bulges, avoiding unwanted blending, preserving, topology, and preserving sharp details.
